Letters to the Pastor & Worship Leader

Letters to the Pastor & Worship Leader is a leadership-focused course designed to help pastors, worship leaders, and creative teams build a unified culture of worship, creativity, and spiritual health within the local church. Drawing from decades of experience as a music director, worship leader, church planter, and pastor, Chris Falson shares practical insight and personal lessons to help church leaders move from disconnected roles to a strong, aligned partnership. This course addresses one of the most critical—and often overlooked—areas of church life: the relationship between pastoral leadership and worship ministry.
