The Authentic You

Find your voice. Lead with confidence.

The Authentic You is about discovering the worship leader you already have the potential to become—not trying to imitate somebody else.
You may never have thought of yourself as a worship leader.

Am I really supposed to be doing this?

Perhaps someone simply asked you to lead a song, a small group or a Sunday service, and suddenly you found yourself standing in front of people wondering, Am I really supposed to be doing this?

We’ll explore confidence, authenticity and the very common feeling of being an imposter. Then we’ll move into the practical skills that help turn an uncertain beginner into a confident and effective leader.

You’ll learn how to prepare, communicate clearly, choose the right opening song, engage a room, work with your team and lead beyond the people standing immediately in front of you.
